Green Goddess Dressing

A creamy, herb‑forward dressing with bright, fresh flavour.

Yield: 1L

Ingredients:

  • 1⅓ cups Mayonnaise

  • ⅔ cup Sour Cream

  • ⅔ cup Lemon Juice

  • 3½ tablespoons Minced Garlic

  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

  • ¼ cup Fresh Dill, finely chopped (no stems)

  • ¼ cup Fresh Tarragon, finely chopped (no stems)

  • ¼ cup Flat-Leaf Parsley, finely chopped

  • 1⅓ cups Mashed Avocados

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients except avocado to a mixing bowl.

  2. Place Avocados into a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth.

  3. Add blended avocado to the bowl.

  4. Mix well until smooth and evenly combined.

Note

If you do not have a blender or food processor, put avocados into a bowl and mash with fork or whisk until smooth
