Avocado Chocolate Pudding

It’s National Avocado Day.  So, let’s make rich and creamy avocado 🥑 chocolate pudding with our Registered Dietitian, Jenn Messina!

 Servings: 4 

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado (ripe)

  • 1 banana (ripe)

  • 1/2 cup Greek vanilla yogurt

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1.5 tbsp Cocoa powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a high powder blender and blend until smooth.

2. Top with a little extra Greek yogurt and cocoa powder.
